When females where asked that what will be their reaction when a new product is recommended by their friends and family? 62.33% females said that they will try the new product immediately.

Survey finding clearly indicate that recommendations works as testimonials for the newly launched products among the friends and family and help brands perform better in its life cycle.

It is therefore advised to brands to create more and more consumer testimonials around the brand in the online space to generate positive word of mouth.
